Bourgein rockwheels are the perfect partners for Case trenchers.  Constructed in the main from 700Nm high yield steel.  Features include, when fitted with the Bourgein Diamond Latch® system, the ability to cut fully offset to both left and right including cutting outside the line of the machine.

Utilizing the patented Cyclo reduction gearbox on all models, except the direct drive R86, gives guaranteed 500% shock overload protection to the driveline.  R86 is the most powerful Bourgein rockwheel using a marine radial piston motor, 120mm EN24T shaft and railway quality dual bearings. Optional 'CleanTrench' system gives true empty trenches on all models.


Extra heavy duty ball or double row roller bearings, full automatic greasing option, full dust protection through water jets and skirting to allow work in urban environments, fixed or segment style wheels, Bourgein HiLife tooth system banishes side wear and ends hard facing wheels as a maintenance task.  Cuts all current road materials including reinforced concrete to 50N.
