Diamond Latch® Side-Shift with Quick Change.

The Bourgein Diamond Latch® gives dramatic improvements in productive flexibility to the traditional trencher. This world class system changes the Case Trencher into a true multifunction tool carrier.

The combination full width, gear drive side shift and quick change, mounts to the rear of all 60 series Case trenchers and permits a less than 3 minute change time for the increasing number of rear-mount attachments or work tools.

The quick change features 4 cylinders driving 6cm hardened steel pins to firmly lock the chosen work tool in place. The side shift allows live sliding and gives outside line of tyre working to both the left and right.

Colour coded, full flow, flat face quick couplers give quick and simple connection providing 12V electrical, 4 Bar water and up to 410 Bar hydraulic power.

Applications:
The ability to immediately change from plow to trencher to rock wheel as ground conditions dictate. The availability of over 20 different work tools including planers, conveyors, wood chippers, snow blowers, fork lifts, Cat II 3-Point linkage with independent trailer hitch and PTO, drainage trenchers, vibratory sand banding machines and laser grading.

Proprietary attachment manufacturers are also discovering the increased production.
